Striking mid-century modern sideboard from the 1960's by Elliotts of Newbury in England. This looks cool from every angle, as it appears to be floating on offset "rocket" legs on the sides and a stretcher base. It features four easy to use drawers with sculpted wood handles, flanked by a set of cabinet doors on the left and a pull-down door on the right. It appears to be afromosia (African teak) veneer with rosewood veneer on the drawer fronts and cabinet door pulls. The top has been refinished, and the piece is in good vintage condition with some expected wear from age and use. 77" wide including legs, 73" wide cabinet only, 18.25" deep, 30.5" high.
