This little wooden swing would function great on its own or as part of the ultimate tree house! Its child or small adult sized and comes with a substantial amount of chain. Made of wood, its sturdy and in good condition although the original red paint has significantly faded. It has a metal lap bar for added safety in case you have a vigorous swinger on your hands. The seat measures 14.5 x 13 x 12, however, since it is on a chain, it is adjustable!
