This believed to be antique Chinese porcelain lidded box features classic blue and white hand-painted decoration with a fruit and floral motif, encircling a central medallion. The box is mounted with bronze or brass toned fittings that frame both the lid and base in a repeating scallop pattern, lending it a refined, decorative edge. The porcelain surface displays prominent crackle glaze consistent with age. The base shows signs of wear and kiln residue, suggesting late Qing dynasty origin, likely 19th to early 20th century.
