Striking mid-century torchiere floor lamp in brass with a sculptural design element in cast patinated metal. The tall, slender column supports an upward-facing, fluted glass shade that softly diffuses light. A central decorative feature-three abstract spear like forms in mottled green patinated metal-wraps around the stem, adding visual interest and a Brutalist edge to the otherwise minimalist silhouette. The brass base and stem show age-appropriate surface wear, oxidation, and patina consistent with vintage use, contributing to the lamp's authentic character. The ribbed glass shade is original and securely held in place with set screws at the socket. The lamp operates via a side rotary switch and retains its original two-prong plug.
