This six drawer dresser was designed by Barney Flagg for a Drexel as part of the parallel collection, introduced in the mid 20th century. The design reflects Flagg’s clean, architectural approach to mid-century modern case goods, combining refined proportions with subtle sculptural detailing. The dresser features a balanced configuration with three full-width drawers on the left and three vertically stacked drawers behind two cabinet doors on the right.The left-side drawers include an upper drawer fitted with divided compartments for organized storage, along with two larger drawers below. The right-side cabinet opens to reveal three drawers with curved, sculpted drawer fronts and inset glass dividers, offering additional segmented storage. Original hardware includes the distinctive curved metal pulls on the exposed drawers. The case is elevated on tapered legs, contributing to its light visual profile and characteristic mid-century stance.
