This vintage counterbalance boom-arm floor lamp is a striking example of 1970s and 1980s high-end Post-Modern and Space Age task lighting. The lamp features a luxury mixed-metal aesthetic; the main shaft consists of highly polished, mirror-like bright gold brass, handsomely contrasted by brushed steel detailing. Balanced by a solid, circular metal disk on the back tail that perfectly balances the saucer task head, which can also be rotated on a small pivot joint.
