The photograph in the frame shows the historic E.R. Butterworth & Sons Funeral Home at 1921 First Avenue in downtown Seattle. It was the United States' first purpose-built, comprehensive mortuary structure. The basement area and former stables block now houses the legendary Kells Irish Restaurant & Pub, and it is widely reported to be one of the most haunted properties in America.
